Europe FAQ
Does the EU AI Act affect my product?
The AI Act regulates systems by risk tier, with obligations phasing in. Any AI-powered product serving EU users should run a risk-tier assessment.
Do I need VAT registration to sell in Europe?
Sales to EU consumers generally require VAT compliance via IOSS/OSS or registration in the country of storage. Marketplace withholding does not remove every obligation.
